Mel Gibson's pregnant Friend, Oksana Grigorieva, is suing the web hosting company that Purchased her domain name.





Oksana Grigorieva, has filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, saying DreamHost.com is basically stealing by making OksanaGrigorieva.com. The Law suit says DreamHost put up a "fake website," making it look like it was her official site.

The site is reportedly down.

Police say the eight-year old son Sarah Trigger has with Jon Cryer was not home at the time of the incident.

Sarah Trigger was released on $100,000 bail last night.

German Company: Lauper's Sued

A German company is saying they have the über-shaften from singer Cyndi Lauper -- so much




they're suing her for the equivalent of a hundred thousand six-packs of Becks. ($800,000)

Moderne Welt said Lauper and her agent at William Morris agreed to do seven concerts in Germany that has started in July of this year.

Welt says in his Federal lawsuit -- about nine days after Lasuper' agent gave them the ok, they were informed the deal was off "due to film and television commitments."

The company is going after Lauper for the 800 hundred thousands dollars -- which includes the cost of publicizing the shows, plane tickets

and a bunch of other stuff.

Mark Burnett - Pirate Master

Some dude named James Papa says that the show idea was all his -- and that after he "created" it back in 2003 and registered it with the US Copyright Office, that some of a gun Burnett Burnett Stole all of his wonderful ideas --for a example, like having a reality show on a pirate ship and making eliminated contestants "walk the plank." Mark Burnett show aired on CBS in 2007.

In the suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Papa is wanting no less than $2,000,000 for his show he created.

Actress/model Vida Guerra -- known for being the number one video vixen in Hollywood -- is suing a company The Ripe Digital Entertainment over an online hosting

According to a lawsuit filed Friday, Guerra says she was supposed to be paid $13,200 for hosting an online segment called "Vida's Video Picks." Guerra also said in the lawsuit that after the two sides initially reached an impasse, she paid for a mediation service to handle arbitration -- but Ripe bailed.

According to court documents filed yesterday, the kobe and Vanessa fully aware Maria Jimenez's right to put them in court to -- although they say her side of abuse are "without merit." What kobe and Vanessa are worried with is the confidentiality agreement they had Jimenez signed when she was hired back in 2007 -- which Stps her from speaking to the press and other third parties.

Kobe Bryant feels, according to the documents, that Jimenez's press tour following her lawsuit is in violation of that agreement.

Jimenez is suing for specifically claiming Vanessa was incredibly abusive

They are due in court in July.

Jay-Z has officially Left Def Jam Records with his home for more than a decade, Def Jam. On Thursday morning (May 21), Hits Daily Double reported in its Rumor Mill section that Jay z — who owed Def Jam one last album — bought himself out of his contract for $5 million.

On Thursday afternoon, Jay contacted confirmed his departure.

"I can honestly say, working with Doug Morris and L.A. Reid has been a unique and fulfilling experience, and I respect them immensely," Hov told the Web site. "I've been in the family for almost my entire career. Doug and I spoke directly and had one of the most unique 'negotiations' ever."

Jay said that negotiation included a coin toss. "Doug won the toss, but we both won in the end," Jay said. "I thank him for allowing me to be a completely independent artist. Not every artist can say they own or are given the opportunity to own all of their music."

Jay started his own record company, Roc Nation, and has been working on the Blueprint 3 with Kanye West since 2008.

In February, Jay joked that he was too free in making his latest opus.

"If I don't have any time constraints, I'll mess around, I'll never get it done," he said. "I'll be Axl Rose out here! It'll be 12 years later, and we'll be talking about Chinese Democracy. I really like the [time constraints]. But whatever happens, [the album] may turn out better, 'cause it'll be done when it's right."
