Kobe and the Maid -- You can try to sue, but can't speak

Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa have filed a big complaint against their former maid - but whats really what sup is they want they girl to keep her trap shut.



According to court documents filed yesterday, the kobe and Vanessa fully aware Maria Jimenez's right to put them in court to -- although they say her side of abuse are "without merit." What kobe and Vanessa are worried with is the confidentiality agreement they had Jimenez signed when she was hired back in 2007 -- which Stps her from speaking to the press and other third parties.

Kobe Bryant feels, according to the documents, that Jimenez's press tour following her lawsuit is in violation of that agreement.

Jimenez is suing for specifically claiming Vanessa was incredibly abusive

They are due in court in July.
