Billy Joel: getting in Legal Trouble

Billy Joel is being sued, for something no so, umm soo, smh.

Liberty DeVitto, Joel's former drummer, is laying a the thing down on the singer's wallet. DeVitto tells the NY Post he hasn't been paid his proper money for over ten years. Shouldn't DeVitto is a little late for ten years of a lost, don't you think? I mean he should be like normal people were everyone gets there pay check every two weeks, maybe?

Devitto was kicked out of the band in 2005--when joel had entered rehab.

The good old drummer tells the paper if Joel would have talked to him "this would never would have happened."
